Now Accepting Applications: 2026 Y.E.S. Advisory Board

We’re looking for dedicated volunteers who would like to take their Y.E.S. commitment to the next level!


AB members responsibilities include: 

  • Meeting monthly to help with program planning (ie. providing ideas for activity themes, workshops, etc.)

  • Mentoring new volunteers by introducing them to the group and pairing up with them at activities

  • Attending orientation and presenting a portion of the session and sharing their Y.E.S. experiences

  • Participating in exclusive AB-only activities and team building workshops

  • Providing a voice for the entire organization. 


If selected, board member will serve a one year term (Jan 1—Dec 31, 2026).


AB Requirements:

- Must be an active Y.E.S. volunteer for at least 1 year

- Act in a mature, responsible, respectful and positive manner, being a role model for other Y.E.S. volunteers and program participants

- Is enthusiastic about the program's mission wants to help improve and expand the program

- Is dependable and does not “no-show” for activities
