This Thanksgiving, we’ll be hosting a canned Food Drive through November 20.
If you’d like to make a contribution, please bring your items to a Y.E.S. event before November 21 or drop off your items at the Alexander Community Center between 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.
While any non-perishable food item is accepted, they have a great need for boxed mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce.
Twice a month, our program partners with the St Stephens Food Pantry to pack groceries for families in need in Cheektowaga, Amherst, and the surrounding neighborhoods. All the non-perishable food items collected will be donated to help stock their pantry. St Stephens is ecstatic to be the recipient of the food, as their shelves are running dangerously low.
